Best Oud Perfume Oils in Pakistan (2026 Guide)

Short answer: our best-selling oud oils right now are White Oud (soft and clean, good for daily wear), Oud Satin Mood (rosy, sweet and rich), Oud Wood (smooth and woody, easy to like) and Black Aoud (dark and smoky, for evenings). All four come in 25g, and each one is under Rs 1,400 for that size.
Below we explain what oud actually is, why real oud oil costs what it does, and how to pick the right one for you. We’ll keep it simple.
What is oud?
Oud (also called agarwood or aloeswood) comes from Aquilaria trees in South and Southeast Asia. A healthy tree has pale wood with almost no smell. When the tree gets infected by a certain kind of mould, it fights back by making a dark, sticky resin inside the wood. That resin is oud.
Only a small share of trees get infected in the wild, and it can take years for good resin to form. That’s why natural oud is famous for being one of the most expensive raw materials in perfumery.
Because wild trees were over-harvested, international trade is controlled under CITES Appendix II (one species since 1995, the whole genus since 2004). Most oud in modern perfume, including designer and niche brands, is now either from farmed trees or recreated with other natural and synthetic materials.
Our oud oils are fragrance oils made in this modern style. They capture the warm, woody, slightly smoky character of oud and mix it with rose, amber, saffron or musk, the way most famous oud perfumes do. That’s how they can cost a few hundred rupees instead of thousands per gram.

Something different
- Oud for Greatness (Rs 850 for 25g): oud with saffron and lavender, a bit more modern and fresh than most.
- Imperial Oud (Rs 705 for 25g): our most affordable way to try a classic oud.
How to choose your first oud
- New to oud? Start with White Oud or Oud Wood. They give you the character without the smoke.
- Love sweet scents? Go for Oud Satin Mood or Amber Aoud.
- Already wear attar? Try Black Aoud or Black Oud. They’re closer to the traditional style.
- Buying a gift? The Oud Trio Gift Box lets them try three, and nobody has to guess.
Oud changes a lot on skin. The first few minutes can smell sharp or medicinal. Give it 15–20 minutes before you decide, and smell your wrist, not the bottle.
How to wear oud in Pakistan’s heat
Oud is heavy, and our summers are not kind to heavy scents. A few rules we follow ourselves:
- In May to September, use one small dab. Oud spreads more in heat than you’d expect.
- Pick the lighter ones (White Oud, Sandal Oud) for daytime. Save Black Oud for winter nights and air-conditioned rooms.
- A drop on a cotton handkerchief or the inside of your collar lasts all day and doesn’t sit directly on hot skin.
- Layering works well: oud on the skin, something fresh on top.

Questions we get a lot
Is your oud real agarwood?
No, and we’d be careful of anyone selling “pure oud” at everyday prices. Natural agarwood oil is rare and very expensive. Our oud oils are fragrance oils built to give you that oud character in a wearable, affordable way, which is also how most modern oud perfumes are made.
How long does oud oil last on skin?
Oud is one of the longest-lasting notes in perfume. Most of our oud oils stay noticeable for a full day on skin, and even longer on clothes.
Is oud for men or women?
Both. In the Middle East and South Asia, oud has always been worn by everyone. Rosy ouds like Oud Satin Mood are popular with women, and smoky ones like Black Oud lean masculine, but there are no rules.
What is the difference between oud and attar?
Oud is a raw material. Attar is a style of perfume: concentrated oil, traditionally distilled into a sandalwood base. Many attars contain oud, but not all of them do. Our attar guide explains how traditional attar is made, and fragrance oil vs essential oil covers why natural oud is so rare.
Which oud is best for a wedding?
Our pick would be Oud Satin Mood or Amber Aoud. They’re rich and festive without being smoky, and they work well in a crowded hall.
