How It Performs
This oil formulation achieves a superior molecular stability compared to traditional ethanol-based sprays. Due to the absence of an alcohol spike, the volatile citrus molecules are anchored by the oil carrier, resulting in a controlled diffusion. You can expect a longevity of 10-12 hours on the skin, with a consistent sillage that remains within an arm’s length, ensuring a professional and non-intrusive presence.
Best Times to Wear
The aquatic and citrus profile is engineered for high-temperature environments. It performs optimally in 25°C to 35°C weather, making it the ideal selection for summer days, gym settings, or office environments where a clean, ozonic signature is required. The mineralic base notes provide enough density for daytime spring wear as well.
Pros & Cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Linear evaporation curve ensures scent remains true from application to dry down. | Lacks the aggressive initial projection (blast) of alcohol-based perfumes. |
| Non-drying on skin; contains no denatured alcohol. | Requires manual application to pulse points. |
How It Compares
While the original EDT relies on rapid evaporation for impact, this premium oil utilizes a higher concentration of fixatives to maintain the integrity of the ‘Seaweed’ note. The result is a smoother transition between the Petitgrain top and the Cedar base. It eliminates the sharp synthetic edge often found in the opening of mass-market aquatic fragrances.
What Customers Say
“The seaweed note is much more realistic in the oil version; it stays fresh for the entire workday without turning sour.”
“I prefer this for the office. It doesn’t fill the room, but I can still smell the mandarin on my skin after 10 hours.”
Any Questions?
Is this oil safe for sensitive skin? Yes, the omission of ethanol reduces the risk of irritation, though a patch test is always recommended.
How much should I apply? A small amount on pulse points is sufficient due to the high fragrance load.
What is the price? Our 10ml premium concentrate starts at Rs. 950.
