Typical usage

Typical level in a fragrance concentrate: 0.5–8%. These are starting points, not limits. In finished products, dose the complete fragrance oil at the normal level for that product (for example around 15–25% in an alcohol perfume, 6–10% in candles and 1–3% in soap).

Blends well with

• Dissolve in DPG, ethanol or Benzyl Benzoate.
• Lavender plus Coumarin is the classic fougère base.

• Follow the IFRA Standards in force for your product category and check the current limit before you finalise a formula. Coumarin is covered by an IFRA Standard and is a declarable allergen in the EU.

• Handle with gloves in a ventilated area. Keep away from children, heat and flames.
